The email on your membership is your key. There is nothing else to set up.

Claude Desktop and Web Free and member

Open Settings, choose Connectors, then Add custom connector. Name it Intelligent Growth and use https://mcp.intelligentgrowth.app/mcp as the URL.

When the connect window opens, members sign in with the email on their membership. No email, no account? Choose connect free and browse everything first.

ChatGPT Plus or Pro Free and member

Enable Developer mode in Settings, then add a custom connector using https://mcp.intelligentgrowth.app/mcp and choose OAuth when asked about authentication.

Members sign in with their membership email when the connect window opens. Free works with no account at all.

After connecting

Set tool permissions to always allow, then talk to it normally. There are no slash commands to remember.

How do I get member access?
Join Intelligent Growth OS, then reconnect in Claude Code with your membership email as the key.
Why does it show me as free when I pay?
Check that the key exactly matches your membership email, allow five minutes for a new membership to propagate, then run ig_help or email will@intelligentgrowth.app if it still shows free.
Which platforms work today?
Every supported platform now takes free and member access. Members sign in with their membership email when connecting; Claude Code can also pass it as a header.

Each person needs their own membership, and the licence covers personal and in-company use of the outputs.
