Build the brain behind your marketing.

I am running the first Build Your Marketing Brain cohort free. Over four weeks, live and online, we build the one place your AI tools read before they write: your customers, your company, and the way you work. You leave with it built, and one of your own marketing jobs already running through it.

  • Four weeks, live and online
  • Free for the founding cohort
  • Small group, honest feedback both ways
  • Dates set with the people who register

What it costs

Nothing. The first cohort is free.

What you leave with

A Marketing Brain you own, running your marketing.

What I ask back

Honest feedback while we build it.

Every new chat starts like a clever stranger.

You explain the product again, paste the positioning again, and get something back that sounds like everyone else. The good version dies in a doc nobody opens.

Be honest, which one is you?

All three are the same problem: nothing you do teaches your tools anything. That is what the brain fixes.

One brain, three kinds of context.

These stay useful across every campaign, launch, and AI tool you use.

Watch one job run through it.

Drop this fortnight's sales calls in. The brain reads them against your positioning and drafts the launch email in your voice, grounded in what buyers actually said. What you fix, it learns.

what you fix, it learns

No new tools to live in. The brain is files your AI tools read directly.

The same week, with a brain behind it.

Before
  • Re-explain the business every chat
  • Output sounds generic
  • Knowledge scattered across docs, decks and heads
  • Good work disappears after it ships
With your Marketing Brain
  • The right context loads itself
  • Work reflects your evidence and voice
  • One private home you own
  • Every project makes the next one sharper

Day one it saves you half an hour. Day one hundred it saves you three, and surfaces things you didn't know to look for.

Context compounds, so the best time to start feeding it is now.

Yours, privately.

The brain is plain files you own, on your machine and in your accounts. Nothing trains on your data. If you walk away, it walks with you.

A private brain you own Remembers every decision Works in Claude, ChatGPT, and whatever comes next Kept current without you touching the plumbing

Sounds like you. Not like AI.

WHAT AI WRITES ON ITS OWN
  • AI-powered revenue booster
  • Seamlessly supercharge your growth
  • Revolutionize your workflow
WHAT YOURS WRITES
  • It writes your launch email.
  • It sounds like you on your best day.
  • It quotes your customers, word for word.

The brain learns your voice from your own writing, and everything is checked against it before it ships.

What happens in the cohort.

Four weeks, live, small group. We build it together with your material, one layer a week.

4 weeks live 1:1 onboarding before week one every recording yours to keep

Free for the founding cohort. Dates are not set yet, they land with the people who register, and the interest list hears first.

The cohort, everything included, no charge.

Why the first one is free

I have taught this live to more than 500 marketers and I run it on my own work every day. What I have not done is run it as a four week cohort, so the first group gets the whole thing for nothing and I get to watch where it breaks and fix it.

The trade is honest feedback while we build. If it works for you and you want to say so publicly afterwards, I will ask you then. That is a separate question and the answer can be no.

The free founding cohort
  • Four weeks of live build sessions, one layer a week
  • A 1:1 onboarding before week one, so nobody starts behind
  • The Intelligent Growth skill library plugged in for the cohort: positioning, messaging, competitive, launch, research, content
  • The cohort room and every recording, yours to keep
  • Your Marketing Brain and every file in it, yours forever

No payment, no card, nothing to cancel · later cohorts will be paid, this one is not

Register your interest

Show up, build, and run the process. If you finish the four weeks without a working system, we keep working 1:1 until you have one. You keep everything either way.

Done with you, for teams (paid)

Want it built inside your company instead? Bespoke integrations, authorised data ingestion, custom skills, and team rollout. This one is separate paid work, not the free cohort.

“You wouldn’t need a team of ten to do what you’re doing once you’ve built the Marketing Brain. It frees up your time, you stop spending it on the grunt work and start doing more than before. Honestly, it’s not scary, it’s inspiring.”

“Will showed me the value of pulling all the fragmented feedback, analytics, customers, everything, into one Marketing Brain. That becomes your competitive edge the more you feed it. I’d recommend it to any marketer or founder who wants marketing to move as fast as the product does.”

The launch that used to take a fortnight across five people comes out in an afternoon.

Built and run by Will Mulholland.

Will Mulholland

Ten years in marketing, from big-brand work at Ogilvy and eBay to scaling B2B SaaS at NextDocs, Prompt Cowboy, and most recently Blinq. Then I stopped talking about AI and started building with it. I'm not an engineer. I taught myself these systems in my evenings, which is exactly why I can teach them to marketers instead of developers.

Everything in the cohort runs on my own work first. The brain doing my research, content, and follow-up every day is the one you'll build. Every output is the demo.

  • $180M+ launched, and a product scaled from 2k to 55k weekly active users in 2 months
  • Keynote speaker at Product Marketing Alliance, Generate Summit, Canva and Salesforce events
  • Angel investor and mentor with Startmate

Is this for you?

This is for you if
  • You use Claude or ChatGPT most days, but nothing runs without you
  • You are tired of re-explaining the business in every chat
  • You own the marketing and want it moving at product speed
  • You can bring real material: calls, docs, positioning
Not for you if
  • You want a prompt folder
  • You want the marketing done for you
  • You would rather wait for AI to settle down

Asked at every workshop.

Which AI tool does it work with?

Claude and ChatGPT today. The brain is plain files, so when the next tool arrives it reads the same brain. Nothing to migrate.

Can my existing Notion be the brain?

Your Notion feeds it. The brain itself lives as files your AI tools read directly, so you keep Notion for what it is good at.

Do I need to code?

No. If you can write a doc, you can run this. Setup happens once, and in the cohort we do it together.

Where does my information live?

On your machine and in your own accounts. Nothing trains on your data, and you can take everything with you.

Who keeps the files updated?

Your normal work feeds it, that is the point of the workflows we set up together. The plumbing underneath is kept current for you.

Can my team share one brain?

Yes. Most people start solo in the cohort, then roll it out to the team once it is proving itself. Sharing it across the team, with cited answers and per-person access, is the Team Brain.

What does the cohort cost?

Nothing. The founding cohort is free, there is no payment step and no card. Later cohorts will be paid, this one is not, and being in it does not turn into a bill afterwards.

What is the catch?

You tell me honestly what is working and what is not while we build, because that is how the next version gets better. If you are happy at the end and want to say so publicly, I will ask you then, and no is a fine answer.

What else is free?

The starter: the folder structure and setup guide to build a basic brain yourself, without waiting for a cohort. The cohort adds the guided build with your own material, the live sessions, and the maintained skill library.

Does registering commit me to anything?

No. Registering your interest puts you on the list and gets you the dates first. You decide whether to take a spot once you know when it runs.

What happens to the skill library after the cohort?

You keep your brain and everything you built, full stop. Ongoing access to the maintained library is announced with the founding details.

How much time does it take?

One live session a week for four weeks, plus build time between sessions. You are building your own system as you go, so the hours land on your real work, not homework.

Why not just figure it out from YouTube?

You can, plenty do, slowly. The cohort exists for correct setup, feedback on your actual system, and troubleshooting when something breaks. You leave with it running, not with a watch-later list.
