60 minutes, live. We set up your marketing brain, the place your AI learns your business and your market from, and build your first reusable skill on screen. That's what makes AI stop sounding generic and start working like it knows your business. You leave with it built, not a pile of notes.
One brief in, and it writes all of it ↓

Built in the tools you already use
Your context is the product. The model does the building, you bring the judgement.
I build your first skill into your brain live, the one workflow you most want off your plate, narrating every step. You watch it come together.
Exactly how to keep building your own this week. I send you what we built afterwards so you can adapt it, plus the room where marketers swap the builds that work.
Turn customer or sales calls into insights you can use, without re-listening to an hour of recording.
A skill that watches what a competitor is doing and tells you when something changes.
Turn a single idea into content in your voice, so one thought becomes a week of posts.
Drafts that already sound like your brand, so the first version is usable, not generic.
Bring the one workflow you most want off your plate. That is the first skill I build into your brain on the day, start to finish. The first skill, not the whole brain. That is how you actually start: one, then another.
The working skill you watched come together, step by step. I send it to you afterwards so you can adapt it to your own work.
Why one working skill beats a half-built system, and how to pick the first thing worth building.
How to build something that runs without you, instead of collecting another set of prompts that go stale.
Built live from the one job you most want off your plate. Bring it, and you leave with it working.
I've launched products from zero to $180M, scaled a tool from 2,000 to 55,000 users, and spent the last year building marketing systems with AI in real launches. This is the setup I use. No theory weeks, no decks to action later, we build it live.
From a recent session
“Will’s session helped me see how AI tools like Claude can turn customer conversations and market signals into stronger messaging work, instead of relying only on internal positioning docs. What clicked was the idea of working backwards from those inputs to shape positioning, messaging and content. I’d recommend it to marketers and founders who want more customer-informed messaging without starting from a blank page.”
Drop your email and I'll send you the recording of a full live AI marketing workshop, start to finish. The whole thing, exactly as it ran.
No spam. You'll also get my weekly AI marketing newsletter, unsubscribe any time.
Yes. No card, no catch, and no IT tickets, you just need your own ChatGPT or Claude login. Drop your email and I'll send a calendar invite with the join link.
No. You describe what you want, the AI builds it. You'll watch it happen on screen.
No. You can do all of this just by talking to the AI, no terminal and no code. The terminal makes you faster once you're comfortable, but you don't need it to start.
Because the chat box forgets who you are. The fix isn't a cleverer prompt, it's giving the AI your context once, your brand, your customer, the way you write, so it stops sounding generic. That's what we build. You shouldn't have to tell anyone it came from AI. If it's useful, it's useful.
It's just files in a folder. No app to host, no website to build. The AI handles the technical plumbing, you don't memorise a single command. Once it's built it can run on a schedule and send you the result, so it works while you don't.
Yes, with a bit of care. The thing to avoid is leaving something exposed, like a password or a key. I'll show you how to keep what you build safe, so you leave knowing how to work without putting yourself at risk.
Yes, and it's the question I get most from in-house marketers. You decide what the AI sees. The simplest move is to anonymise sensitive docs first, swap real names and numbers for placeholders, so the system learns the shape of your work without the confidential details. The business tiers of Claude and ChatGPT don't train on what you put in, and if you need to go further you can run a local model that scrubs the private details before anything leaves your machine. In the workshop I'll show you where to draw that line.
No. This one builds the foundation, your context and your first reusable skill, start to finish. The full brain, the operating setup and the rest of the skills, is a later workshop and the cohort.
Yes, but the recording only goes to people who show up live. The whole point is building with you in real time and answering your questions on the spot, so block out the hour and be there. Bring a marketing problem you want solved.
No. The hour is the build. There's a paid cohort later and I'll mention it once, but you walk away with a working skill and the steps to make your own whether you ever pay me a cent or not.
